The Marketing Project Manager (MPM) for our Investment Sales Team is instrumental in providing marketing and transaction support for our advisors as they conduct their daily business activities. The MPM will coordinate proposals, listings and the marketing of those listings, escrow closings and all related tasks. They will also coordinate research and related activities with Studio Blue and the Global Production Operations (GPO). This role may also provide administrative support to the advisors in their office as well.

  • Coordinate and streamline the flow of projects, information and documents, creating a collaborative environment with the advisor and accountability between all parties involved.  
  • Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other departments for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents. 
  • Help to complete proposals, marketing materials, and websites. 
  • Launch all listings for assigned advisors and provide support as needed through close of escrow. 
  • Submit and monitor requests to internal resources, Studio Blue and GPO, for documents like research reports, neighborhood data, historical and economic data. 
  • Manage and document listing agreements and contracts of sale in compliance with corporate and appropriate Department of Real Estate requirements. 
  • Manage the due diligence process to include serving as the point of contact between the buyer and seller.  
  • Manage coordination of documents related to closings and following up on required items when necessary. 
  • Compose miscellaneous real estate documentation including real estate listing agreements, receipt for commission funds, real estate purchase agreements, and supporting transaction data. 
  • Manage coordination of documents related to closings prioritized by timeline/deadline, following up on required items when necessary. 
  • Monitor and order office inventory and marketing materials for their advisors. 
  • Maintain database (CRM) of potential buyers, sellers and property listings and escrows for assigned advisors. 
  • Communicate information on any corporate initiative or new products/service; provide follow up training if necessary. 
  • Compose miscellaneous real estate documentation including real estate listing agreements, receipt for commission funds, real estate purchase agreements, and supporting transaction data. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: 

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar position.  
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, preferred. 
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe InDesign. 
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. 
  • Ability to maintain focus while coordinating internal project delivery teams.  
  • Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization. 
  • Strong proofreading skills; attention to detail 
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage the expectations of customers with strong personalities.
