We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our P2P processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring optimal performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

  • Advance process enhancements as outlined in the Procure to Pay roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and adapt processes to meet changing priorities.
  • Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify automation solutions to streamline P2P operations and enhance productivity.

Technology Implementation and Testing:

  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment of new systems.
  • Participate on and/or lead cross-functional teams including; Procurement Disbursements, Oracle product owners and IT to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements in the P2P cycle.
  • Support the development of reporting tools utilized to manage procurement workload and highlight value delivered.

Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to visualize data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Develop reporting to track and communicate results improvements in performance and efficiency across the P2P process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar procure-to-pay solutions.
  • Experience with visualization and analytics tools such as FDI, PowerBI, Qlik, Excel, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Alteryx and Power Automate.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training materials for P2P systems.
  • Adaptability to changing business requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision.
