Job Summary

The HQ Finance & Accounting HR team is seeking a Senior Director, HR to join our team! We are a highly skilled, innovative, and consultative HR team at the forefront of delivering strategic support to meet the evolving needs of the business. We bring together a diverse, solution-oriented, and collaborative group of professionals who are relentless about driving business impact. In this role, you will support 4 senior leaders and their teams within the HQ Finance & Accounting organization. The teams are comprised of FP&A, Supply Chain, PMO and Facilities groups which are geographically dispersed internationally, with the leadership team primarily in our HQ office in Philadelphia, PA. This role will manage a team of 3 HR business partners to support this organization.

As a trusted advisor to your business leaders, you will design HR strategies and provide insights that guide decision-making and drive business outcomes. A creative, solution-oriented and analytical mindset will be essential as you address complex challenges, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met. You’ll collaborate with our COE partners across a variety of HR functions, including compensation, recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has experience in human resources practices, organizational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement strategies, project management, and leadership coaching, along with strong data analysis and communication skills. We’re looking for someone passionate about inclusive leadership and fostering team cohesion. They will balance the responsibility of the employee experience with critical business needs. As a people leader, you should have demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversees the development, implementation and coordination of policies and procedures for the Human Resources department to establish and maintain an effective department through managing, advising and motivating department employees.
  • Counsels management and employees on disciplinary actions and performance problems.
  • Oversees government, legal and regulatory requirements and/or complaints in various areas.
  • Develops Human Resources strategies for business groups that includes workforce planning, pay-for-performance, talent management, talent acquisition and succession.
  • Partners with business leaders to achieve organization and business alignment.
  • Leads department personnel, including direct supervision, hiring, training and performance management.
  • Partners with senior management to develop strategic HR goals, policies and programs that align with business initiatives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
