OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Using a spectrophotometer, light booth and numerical tolerancing system to match the color samples from suppliers against the color standards and make the appropriate disposition using clear industry standard verbiage. 

• Lead the weekly color/design meeting to evaluate print/pattern submissions.  Provide technical guidance to the cross functional team on color match and colorfast issues with assistance from the Color Manager

• Manage the communication flow with the suppliers and enter color disposition comments in a web-based product management system.  Ensure color approvals align with the calendar due dates and trouble shoot delivery issues with the suppliers and CFT partners.

• Calibrate and maintain color equipment daily (spectrophotometer/light boxes Maintain and set up the seasonal library of color standards.  Maintain the filing system for physical submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree Fashion or Business related

• 3-5 years experience
