We are looking for a Sales Promoter whose role would be to recruit and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives to distribute and sell our M-KOPA products such as phones in and around the Soweto region.

Autonomy

This role would allow you to autonomously recruit, manage, and coach a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives to meet and surpass the set targets following our business goals. You would also be monitoring and evaluating their performance to ensure they meet the right standards.

To achieve this, it would be important to have good coaching, leadership, and sales management experience that would enable you to plan and organize your team well.
