This role is reduced hours requiring 30 hours per week, 2 days of which are based in the London office.

The Role

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient administrative support for all HR processes and practices, enabling the HR team to deliver best practice HR support to the business. This role will be key in delivering all people related policies and processes and provides an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their HR career, to develop their skills and knowledge.

The position is suitable for a recent graduate with an HR related degree or someone with 1-2 years HR administration experience. It is a great development position with full training.

 What will you be doing?

  • All administration related to new starters, leavers and any other changes to employee terms and conditions
  • Ownership of the day-to-day administration of the benefits plans and third party vendor relationship management
  • Answering any general HR queries from employees
  • Administration of the monthly payroll process
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Database and organisation chart
  • Helping to create and manage the induction process for new starters
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Tracking all employees probation periods and working with the line manager to confirm permanent employment or exit from the Company
  • Developing, updating and implementing policies and procedures
  • Supporting recruitment, working with the Director, Talent
  • Assisting with the Performance Management Process
  • Responding to reference requests
  • Supporting the HR Director in any key HR process

 What do we want from you?

  • Minimum 1-2 years HR administrative experience, an HR related degree or CIPD is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to communicate and engage with employees at all levels internally and with external stakeholders
  • Have a developing working knowledge of employee relations
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a secure and confidential environment
  • Good command of IT Systems, processing and data manipulation
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail is essential
