Role summary:
The Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations, leads the oversight and execution of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance across multiple sites. This role directs project planning, preventive maintenance programs, and sustainability initiatives to optimize facility performance and energy efficiency. Responsible for managing budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with industry regulations, the position ensures operational excellence through effective supervision, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. About the team:
The Facilities Maintenance Operations team leads the management and execution of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems across multiple sites. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
