Geriatric Nurse Practitioner – Full Time - Irving Sherwood Wright Center on Aging - Ambulatory Care Network/ Weill Cornell

The physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses at Center on Aging provide both primary care and consultation to older adults in a multidisciplinary setting. The Center on Aging is dedicated to providing older adults with comprehensive care so that they can lead fulfilling lives to the greatest extent possible.

This is a full time, Monday through Friday day shift position.

Required Criteria

• Masters in Nursing in Advanced Practice
• Board Certification in area of specialty
• Current NYS GNP or FNP and RN licensure
• Current BLS through AHA

• Minimum of two years NP experience working with older adults in an outpatient setting

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills
