Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$98,900.00 - $163,200.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This position will be responsible for managing complex integrations with medium to large agents, brokers and Insurtech partners as part of a Distribution Integration team, focused on ensuring successful partner integrations. Serves as the primary point of accountability to the Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Leadership and will manage and/or support partner integrations across Business Insurance markets. Controls planning and execution of the business readiness activities and resources, working across organizations and levels of leadership. As part of a matrixed organization, this role will require strong change management skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to accomplish the desired business objectives.

This is an individual contributor position and does not have direct reports.

What Will You Do?

  • Partners with Business Insurance brokers/agents to understand integration scope and complexity and develop implementation plans to ensure awareness and readiness by all parties involved
  • Works closely with the field and home office leadership teams to develop comprehensive integration plans that ensure business readiness needs are visible, considered, and completed in release planning activities
  • Responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to business implementation deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Produces and maintains clear project documentation, meeting notes and cross-communication
  • Leads and coordinates all business readiness activities for each assigned project, ensuring that all flagged needs and deliverables are met in a timely fashion
  • Collaborates and coordinates with department leaders and subject matter experts across business functions to ensure all impacted parties are continuously informed of and involved in business readiness
  • Drives process improvement projects, including documenting current and upcoming processes, creating and running analytics, keeping within scope and facilitating all tasks as needed
  • Ability to think through new changes and proactively help stakeholders consider needs impact
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 5 years of project management experience preferred
  • Experience managing project teams preferred
  • Proven record of working collaboratively with management and employees at all levels both internally and externally preferred
  • Experience in developing and leading change management activities leading to project implementation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Business Insurance markets in order to conduct and understand stakeholder assessments
  • Experience with change management methodologies and ability to right size business readiness approaches to support business changes
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, with ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced critical thinking and analysis skills to assigned work efforts. Also includes advanced problem-solving skills

What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of project management experience required
