The Classified Solutions Sentinel Scrum Master will be part of the team responsible for operations. At this time this role will report directly to the Classified Solutions Director and is expected to:

Provide oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. Provides guidance and helps educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), ensuring that the Agile process is being followed. Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This job code is intended for use for those performing Agile duties full time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years minimum experience.

• Excellent skills in adapting and functioning in multiple application, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and JIRA to name a few.

• Must be well organized and have the ability to multitask.

• Candidates must have a current DOD Secret security clearance (at a minimum) to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the DOD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP).

• Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as condition of continued employment.

• The ability to manage communications with stakeholders through Agile processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and project background

• Prior experience communicating with multiple levels and groups of personnel

• Active Top Secret security clearance, with current SAP access, is highly desirable

• Agile or PMP certification or documented training

Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $93,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
