Leidos is pursuing the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract, and currently has several openings for various levels of supporting AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle cloud environments. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience help modernize a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness.

Location:

These positions will be in Gunter AFB Montgomery, AL and OHIO.

Primary Responsibilities Could Include:

  • Create/log support tickets for each request/incident
  • Prioritize and resolve IT concerns and escalate as needed
  • Perform resolution of routine issues (create/modify user accounts, password reset, account unlocking, etc.)
  • Avoid service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
  • Provide health and status monitoring
  • Document and communicate outage information to co-workers and customers
  • Execute scripts
  • Support testing/validation as needed
  • Document processes/lessons learned and maintain service desk records
  • Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment
  • US citizenship required
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)
  • May be required to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture
  • Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
  • Previous service desk experience

Pay Range:

Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
