THE ROLE: The Supply Chain Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting with Carrier RFQs and monitoring the third-party freight payment process. In this role, the incumbent will also work closely with the Director of Category Management for Transportation Logistics on other identified projects related to supply chain, logistics, and distribution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

· Work with carriers on RFQs and other identifiable concerns

· Third party freight payment process.

· Presenting data to internal stakeholders.

· Involvement in continuous improvement activities

· Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities

· Assist with driving sustainability programs.

· Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Co-op arrangement to be established with individuals currently enrolled in a post-secondary University diploma program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be self-directed.

· Strong communication skills and demonstrated commitment to customer service.

· Possess good time management and organizational skills.

Compensation: $27/hour

Salary range:

$52,000.00 - $83,000.00
