We are looking for a highly commercial and driven Head of Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This is a critical leadership role where you will be responsible for telling the story of our financial performance, translating complex data into a clear narrative that drives strategic decision-making.
You will build and lead the FP&A function, acting as a key business partner to the OEV leadership team. Your work will provide the analytical engine for the business, developing robust models that underpin our rapid growth, inform our product pricing (across cars, chargers, and energy), and ensure our long-term financial health. If you are passionate about building something meaningful, comfortable with ambiguity, and want to use your financial skills to help save the planet, this is the role for you.
