Bolt Drive launched in May 2021, and now operates across 6 countries. In the role as an FP&A Analyst you will focus on budgeting, cost optimization, and reporting for the Bolt Drive vertical.

This is a global role in a rapidly expanding business line including close collaboration with business analytics, local operations, financial control, and planning teams to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency through automation. It requires a strong financial background, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. The role bridges financial analysis with strategic decision-making, contributing to the overall performance of the car-sharing business line.

  • <point>Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets, including scenario modeling and variance analyses, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.</point>

  • <point>Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports, focusing on key financial and operational metrics and insights into their main drivers.</point>
  • <point>Reporting Enhancements: Work closely with data and financial control teams to improve reporting frameworks, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across markets.</point>
  • <point>Automation: Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency using tools such as scripting solutions or connections to Looker.</point>
  • <point>Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance, to support strategic and operational decisions.</point>

  • <point>You have 1–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or business control.</point>
  • <point>You have advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and report automation, with familiarity in SQL or Google Apps Script being a plus.</point>
  • <point>You possess a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.</point>
  • <point>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.</point>
  • <point>You are fluent in English.</point>
