Citi is looking for full-time analysts to join the Securities Services team in London. Securities Services combines specialized expertise, comprehensive capabilities, and the power of Citi’s global network to help our clients meet their performance objectives across asset classes, strategies and geographies. We deliver customized middle-office, custody and investing and financing solutions to institutional, alternative and wealth managers. For intermediaries, our Direct Custody and Clearing division provides unrivalled asset servicing and transaction processing capabilities. If none of these terms make sense right now, that’s ok! As an analyst, you will join a training program where you will receive an in-depth education to learn the fundamentals of the analyst role and introduce you to Citi’s culture. Whatever your degree is in, we will give you the training you need to excel.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

As a new Securities Services analyst, you will participate in a seven-week intensive training program that covers the fundamentals of accounting and enables participants to excel in financial markets. You will develop a foundation in the Securities Services business and have access to an online learning portal with resources for continued learning and development. Following training you will complete rotations which will offer you the chance to complete a range of roles designed to give you business, technical and leadership skills before being placed with one desk.

Your time here will look something like this.

* Financial Management: Analysing financial data and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency

 * Product Management: Managing the book for hedge fund clients, monitoring their profitability for the firm and identifying any inefficiencies

 * Product Development: Developing new and bespoke product offerings for clients

We want to hear from you if...

* You are in your final year or have graduated

 * Expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline

 * You have an interest in Securities Services business
