Job Summary:

Location of work: Fort McMurray Alberta

  • Shift based position with 14 days on and 7 days off working 10 hours per day   
  • Working at heights
  • Travel allowance provided for those eligible (No charter flights provided)
  • Site based camp accommodations provided
  • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Project end date: Summer 2025

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to operate 100T rough terrain and or 110T RT Crawler
  • Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections, completes hazard assessments, and logs and reports any maintenance concerns with equipment
  • Fill out and understand an equipment logbook
  • Ensures the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment
  • Willingness to learn and be adaptable

Requirements

  • Preferred 5 years+ experience
  • Experience with working on construction projects in an industrial setting
  • Must possess a red seal certification with a recognized provincial training authority
  • Must successfully complete pre-access drug & alcohol testing and criminal background check
