SUPERVISOR, LAUNCH PAD TECHNICIANS (STARSHIP) – 3RD SHIFT
The Tower Build Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians building the primary and secondary structures/mechanisms for the Starship Launch Towers. As one of the most influential person on-site, you will drive progress on an hour-by-hour and day-by-day basis, ensuring that every aspect of our ambitious mission is executed with precision and passion. In this role, you will work directly with our engineering team and turn it into reality by building, retaining, and managing your team effectively. You’ll distribute labor resources, prioritize critical components of the build, and set headcount requirements where necessary. Your leadership will not only enhance workflow but also inspire a culture that values productivity, creativity, and camaraderie. Pay range:
Supervisor: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
