Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women in midlife, offering services designed by experts and delivered by trained, compassionate clinicians. Our platform ensures convenient access to care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications and supplements, all while accepting most major PPO insurance products.

Where We’re Based: This role requires a hybrid model of 2-3 days in our office located in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate is excited about in-person collaboration.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our product offerings related to internal tools that support clinical operations and billing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, prioritize features, and drive the development of solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care.

The Manager will report to our  Clinical Product Manager and work closely with the VP Consumer Product and Head of Product and our cross-functional teams. To thrive in this role, you must be both creative and data-driven, with excellent strategic, technical, and analytical skills. The Business impact  📈  

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and billing teams to identify and prioritize internal tool requests that streamline billing workflows and automate administrative tasks.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to create user stories that align with operational needs and enhance efficiency.
  • User Testing: Design and facilitate user testing sessions to validate tool functionality, ensuring they meet user expectations for billing and administrative processes.
  • Workflow Analysis: Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions through the development and enhancement of internal tools.
  • Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to oversee the implementation of features that automate administrative tasks and optimize billing processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed tools, gather feedback, and implement updates to enhance usability and effectiveness.
  • Training Development: Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for clinical and billing staff on new tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology to continuously improve product offerings and operational efficiency.

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, software development, or related roles.
  • Experience in Healthcare Environments: Direct experience working in healthcare settings or health tech companies, with a strong understanding of clinical operations and billing processes specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points: 👏

  • Familiarity with tools like Athenahealth, or other EHR systems. 
  • Telemedicine experience

Salary Range: $110,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience. 

This role requires authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship, including visa transfers.
