Technical Program Manager, Developer Experience
Are you looking to have an impact on a large technology organization and the work of thousands of developers? If you are driven and passionate about reducing cognitive load and toil for developers, then Developer Experience (DevX) Organization is the place for you!
Comcast’s DevX organization creates an extensible ecosystem of solutions, evolving based on deep partnerships, that empower Comcast’s Engineering community to do more of what they love and feel deeply connected to their impactful work.
DevX believes we can make developers happier, more focused, and more innovative. We do this by providing tools and automated processes that reduce the impact non-functional requirements have on our developer’s lives.
As a Technical Program Manager on our Comcast Dojo team, you will have the opportunity to drive transformative change by supporting the Dojo Technical coach in delivering impactful experiences for engineers and fostering collaboration across teams. You will play a key role in scaling the Comcast Dojo’s impact, supporting continuous learning and delivering strategic programs that enhance developer experience, engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
On our teams, everyone has an opportunity to lead; your communication and collaboration skills are just as important—if not more important—than your technical skills.
About the team
The Comcast Dojo is a hands-on enablement program designed to accelerate software delivery excellence across the organization. It provides engineering teams with immersive learning experiences, equipping them with best practices in automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), cloud-native development, infrastructure as code, and security-by-design. The Dojo operates as an incubator for modern engineering practices, fostering collaboration between engineers, product teams, and technical leaders.
The Comcast Dojo team values collaboration, a love of learning, empathy, humility and active listening.
