Job Summary:

Senior Content Specialist – A creative force multiplier with a deep knowledge of the agency model creative process, capable of participating in best-in-class creative concepting to final delivery. Comfortably designing, writing, producing, and/or editing as they are sharing ideas with fellow creative collaborators and partner clients. The Senior Content Specialist will be expected to bring well-thought ideas to the table and help execute them, sometimes even lead them.

What You Will Do:

  • Create informative and entertaining content, including graphics, photographs, audio, video, social media posts, and other visual creative elements.

  • Utilizes a background of experience of internal creative teams or external agencies to participate in creative brainstorms, leveraging past experience to deliver ideation that dynamically delivers creative solutions to client asks.

  • Participate in creating informative presentations that engagingly display team creative. Capably confident in sharing idea with client partners.

  • Adhere to the company’s brand voice.

  • Be a valuable partner with Strategy and Project Management teams to ensure that all work delivers on scopes and creative briefs.

  • Helps create and determine the overall style in which a video or graphic approach is communicated visually to its audience.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • The ideal candidate is a passionate, collaborative creative who possesses a dynamic creative skillset, omnichannel marketing experience, and a proven track record of strategic thinking, conceptual development, and delivery of best-in-class solutions

  • Bachelor's degree combined with 6+ years of relevant experience working in a creative position with an external agency, or in-house, corporate environment

  • Proven track record developing integrated content across multiple channels including print, digital, social, video, photography, and live events

  • Expertise in brand development, including a strong understanding of how to integrate the corporate brand and brand voice throughout all aspects of the work

  • An impressive portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation, and multi-disciplinary thinking

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and guide others under pressure, maintaining quality and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent projects-keeping all balls in the air

  • Strong attention to detail, combined with excellent communication and the ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations

  • A natural team player who prioritizes the performance and success of the team ahead of personal success
