As the Senior Manager of Product Development and Sourcing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our pet food (dry food, wet food, and treats) and pet supplement offerings, driving exciting advancements, and delivering premium pet products that set new industry standards.

This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • Trendsetting Innovation: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to spot growth opportunities and collaborate with diverse teams to create and implement forward‑thinking strategies and product pipelines. Ensure our product portfolio is always leading the pack.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of product development projects, from initial concept to successful market launch.
  • Principal Formulator: Lead Product Formulation projects in collaboration with suppliers, including recipe development, ingredient research, managing formulation development from benchtop to scale up and commercial production.
  • Technical Expert: Define testing parameters to validate formulation efficacy and performance. Works with support teams to set up product testing with labs and Members. Reviews and approves finished product specifications.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with brand management, global sourcing, creative operations, and other key stakeholders to drive new product development and enhance existing offerings.
  • Strategic Partnering: Forge and nurture strong relationships with top suppliers and manufacturers to elevate product quality and introduce cutting-edge innovations.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Help resolve product issues, support Quality through root cause analyses, and provide guidance to implement solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Quality Champion: Partner with the Quality team to address member feedback and ensure our products consistently exceed expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
