What can you expect in a Corporate Recruiter role with TaskUs:

Consider yourself a talent broker who matches top candidates with highly-regarded roles in TaskUs. As a Corporate Recruiter, your aim is to find Corporate Rockstars and Rising Stars with skills in line with our overall strategic business objectives and personal qualities that match well with our culture. 

To discover the best candidates, you will search through portals, pipelines, resumes, and networks. Once you have found potential, you'll provide them with a unique experience. Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  In order to ensure that the stakeholder requirements for talent are met on time, you will manage these candidates, manage your requisitions, and manage the stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews of potential candidates.

  • Identifying top talent and individuals with exceptional skills in different markets to expand the TaskUs Operations team.

  • Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing practices.

  • Establish a target hire date with hiring managers during the kickoff call and adhere to that date by recognizing bottlenecks early on and taking appropriate actions.

  • Build recruitment strategies in collaboration with high-level stakeholders to meet each department's current hiring needs.

  • Provide the best applicant experience while continuously looking for ways to improve.

  • Provide weekly updates on all owned roles' staffing activity, candidate flow, time to hire, and recruitment.

  • Assist with managing external recruiters when necessary to keep track of the flow of resumes, job offers, hires, and declines.

  • Work together with hiring managers to negotiate offers, and stay updated on company policies and benefits packages at all times.

  • Keep up to date on business trends that are relevant to our clients and competitors.

  • Offer suggestions for the department's tools, partnerships, and process enhancements.

  • The ideal employee should be someone who is always eager to learn new things each day and looks for opportunities to apply their new knowledge to improve the recruitment function. 

  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where things can change in the blink of an eye. This employee should be adaptable, flexible, and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced workplace without becoming overwhelmed.

  • This individual should be solution oriented and always be willing to provide new innovative ideas.

Required Skills: 

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

  • Have experience with an industry standard Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred to be Workday. 

  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflow, applicable data reporting, and a passion for metrics and analyzing the pipeline.

  • Unrelenting work ethic and passion for recruiting and producing results.

  • Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies, online branding, and creative sourcing.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and database management skills.

  • Passionate about recruiting and great customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Ability to handle multiple management positions at any time across all departments.

  • High emotional intelligence.

  • Strong desire to interact with the public.

  • Have a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information/facts.

  • Previous experience marketing a brand by utilizing creative strategies.

  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.

  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Education / Certifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.

Work Location/Work Schedule/Travel: 

  • Hybrid Set-up

  • 46 hours weekly
