Job Responsibilities:
Understanding brand strategy and to formulating messaging of different brand programs
Competitive research and insight findings to feed in communication strategy
Implementation of marketing plan & marketing activities for brand development
Responsible for promotional materials for company branding, different business units and company event and ensure all the marketing products to meet the brand standard of MGM MACAU
Work with internal users at all levels and analyze their requirements; propose, develop and implement effective marketing solutions
Work together with creative team on ideation and execution of communications strategy
To monitor the marketing products/activities (through-the-line). He/she needs to make immediate judgement and final check with BUs/creative team before going to public
Assist in planning and execute the marketing promotions, prepare the job schedule and follow up on the task process with different parties
Job Requirements:
Over 5 years relevant working experience
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Experience in managing integrated communications including digital, social media, print, outdoor and TV
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation and capability in working independently and within a team environment
Must be organized with good attention to details
Multitasking and work intensely
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Experience with managing social media account is a plus
