Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on enhancing the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in the testing processes to support the delivery of reliable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality and performance.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes within software development.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, providing clear documentation and recommendations for resolution.
- Familiarity with environment setup and data configuration to support various testing scenarios.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with development teams and contribute to code reviews.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
