Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members.

We are searching for a People Generalist to join our team. As a People Generalist, you will support the recruiting and HR needs for our growing Customer Experience (CX) team. This role will report to our Senior Director of People. This is a remote work role in the U.S. but preference will be given to candidates who live in one of our CX Team hubs (Salt Lake City, UT or Nashville, TN) or those in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD/PA/NJ/NY).
