Position Purpose:

The Lead - Human Resources (Employee Relations) is responsible for fostering positive employee relationships, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing various HR-related tasks to support the organization's overall success. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and providing guidance to employees and managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day employee relations issues to support our team members while simultaneously supporting operational objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
  • Addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring fair treatment
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures to improve employee relations
  • Provide coaching and support to supervisors to ensure agents are managed in a way that ensures client deliverables are met and Everise standards are adhered to
  • Act as a representative of Everise to attend any DOLE or NLRC complaints/cases
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management of the company
