Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support key compensation projects including annual cycles (merit, bonus, LTI), survey benchmarking, and job architecture initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and validation within Workday; recommend improvements for compensation programs and configurations.
  • Develop and deliver updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders while ensuring program governance and global compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Systems, and Global Compensation to align processes and drive transparency and harmonization.
  • Manage compensation governance documentation, vendor performance, and communication materials to support program visibility.
  • Contribute to sustainability reporting (CSRD), HR transformation efforts, and continuous improvement of compensation practices.

Key Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two to five years of experience in compensation management, with a preference of one year in a global role.
  • Good experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Compensation strategies, theories, best practices, and regulations

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in Workday Advance and compensation management software.
  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
