Join our mission-driven team in Chisinau, Moldova, as an Accountant, where you’ll own Moldova-specific accounting processes while contributing to global initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Be responsible for all Moldova-based accounting processes, including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, tax filings, and month-end reports.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Optimize accounting processes by identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting system automation initiatives.
• Support company-level financial initiatives and ad hoc requests.

What You’ll Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of experience; proficiency in local accounting standards (1C expertise required).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables); strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and tax compliance.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Work Location & Schedule: This is an on-site role based in Chisinau, Moldova. Core hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EET, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed during onboarding or month-end close.
