HOW YOU'LL WORK:
You’ll be responsible for recruitment process coordination and providing support to the Talent Specialist (TS) team.  You will support the team by maintaining job ads, reviewing resumes and scheduling phone screens, entering passive candidates into the ATS, assisting with recruitment reporting, helping with new hire follow up, and other tasks as needed.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • Customer Service: Communicate with and support candidates and new hires as needed.

  • Workflow: Maintain requisitions by the posting and removal of job advertisements on all internal and external job boards. Support the review of resumes and scheduling phone screens for the TS team.  Ensure passive candidates are in the ATS and have completed applications.  Assist with recruitment activities and events.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with the Talent Specialist team and Onboarding Specialist.

  • Policies: Ensure confidentiality and company and legal compliance with talent acquisition processes.

  • Problem solving and create solutions to drive to a course of action.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a business related field or equivalent is preferred

  • One year of HR/Recruitment experience is highly preferred

  • One year of administrative experience is required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new software systems and databases

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred

  • Capable of all physical demands
