CMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle & Content team, based in our Barangaroo, Sydney office. Please note that we operate onsite working and would require you to come into our Barangaroo office 5 days per week.

Please note that this role is only open to Sydney based candidates with full working rights (e.g. Citizen/Permanent Resident).

About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager – Lifecycle & Content, this role is integral to managing and optimising our CRM tools and systems, ensuring that customer data is effectively captured, utilised, and leveraged to strengthen customer relationships. You will play a key role in maintaining our customer database, executing and developing targeted campaigns, and driving personalised marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and optimisation of CRM tools and systems to ensure efficient data capture and utilisation. Work to continuously improve the CRM infrastructure to support business goals.
  • Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Implement data segmentation strategies to effectively categorise and organise customer information for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilise CRM data to develop and implement personalised marketing strategies. Focus on targeting specific customer segments with tailored communications based on their behaviours, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign execution, ensuring that marketing messages are effectively delivered to the right customers at the right time. Coordinate and manage the deployment of campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Design and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for CRM campaigns across various channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.). Analyse test results to drive data-informed decisions, continuously improve campaign performance and maximise conversion rates.
  • Work closely with product marketing and content teams to ensure that the content created is effectively integrated into the CRM campaigns and reaches the target audience at the optimal time and through the most effective channels.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of database management and data segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data and using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on personalisation and targeted communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and improving customer relationships through effective CRM strategies.
