The Data Services Sales Performance team designs, develops and delivers programs to improve our sales behaviours and reinforce our culture of high performance. Central to all that we do in Data Services is the 3C mindset – representing confidence, curiosity and courage. For all our sales professionals - whether a new starter, experienced senior seller, sales manager or a leader – the 3C mindset is crucial in guiding our value-driven customer conversations.
 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales effectiveness initiatives for Data Services in the EMEA region. As part of the in-region Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for driving the right sales behaviours, enhancing sales capabilities, and aligning regional strategies with global objectives. Working closely with both the central Sales Enablement team and regional stakeholders, you will implement tools, resources, and training programs to boost commercial growth and success. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes within the EMEA market.
 

Responsibilities

  • Running our quarterly 3C onboarding program for new starters in EMEA 
  • Working closely with local sales managers to co-ordinate, assist and ensure quality execution of our 3C Sales Certification programme 
  • Delivering our range of 3C Selling plus additional ad-hoc salesperson development programmesStarting in Q3 2024, we have now expanded the scope of 3C to include the demand generation and outreach stages – as part of the 3C Velocity initiative  
  • Delivering 3C Coaching plus wider Sales Leadership development programmes  
  • Managing internal relationships with all EMEA leaders and managers (to ensure feedback loop, prioritization, impact assessment) 
  • Working closely with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams, ensure adoption of sales enablement tools in the region 
  • Working with selected regional partners in EMEA (including local language sales trainers) who support our training delivery in the region 


Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles  
  • Have a understanding of various selling methodologies, and a track record of successfully implementing them into global sales organisations  
  • Able to communicate ‘value capture’ as part of the sales process, plus proven ability to navigate the steps to achieve this 
  • Have a proven track record of understanding how to make a sales organisation successful, and putting in place the right skills/process/knowledge development programs to lead to successful outcomes  
  • Be an exceptional presenter and communicator, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, passionately and concisely at all levels, driving understanding and behaviour change 
  • Have a passion for learning and people development, inspiring others to progress through promoting a growth mindset  
  • Be a relationship-builder, to ensure strong alignment with the local Data Services businesses in the region 
  • Proven team player who will work closely with the broader Sales Performance team and across the wider Data Services commercial teams (in a matrixed structure)
