Job Description

At Rockwell Automation, we believe in the power of data to lead talent decisions and shape organizational success. We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Analytics Analyst to join our team and lead the charge in delivering relevant insights using the Workday Platform.

You will report to the Manager, Talent Analytics and have a hybrid schedule working in Cambridge, ON.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consultation: You will partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide strategic consulting.
  • Analytics Development: You will translate requirements into impactful reports and analytics that foster organizational insights and informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: You will work with HR technology, IT, and partners to identify data integrity issues, ensuring comprehensive analytics.
  • Workday Configuration: You will configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism. Provide training to team members and troubleshoot issues for resolution.
  • Standards Setting: You will establish standards for delivering talent analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
  • Privacy and Security: You will partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal departments to uphold data privacy and security standards.
  • Mentorship: You will mentor team members on best practices, report/analytics standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discover Boards, Prism, and People Analytics.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing dashboards in other analytics systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with configuration of the full HCM suite of Workday products.
