We’re Hiring for a Process Operator!

THE ROLE:
The Process Operator will play a key role in ensuring our production process runs efficiently and effectively. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to grow within the company and contribute to a team dedicated to operational excellence. You will focus on bottle sorting, forklift operation, resin batching, SDI product management, and working independently to maintain high-quality standards.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Sort bottles by size and resin type to ensure proper batching and quality

  • Skillfully operate a forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant, and load/unload trucks

  • Efficiently evacuate bottles and generate resin batches in line with production needs

  • Oversee the complete processing of SDI products, from start to finish, including filling and quality testing

  • Operate independently and ensure all tasks are performed accurately and timely

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED highly preferred

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks efficiently

DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, the working environment is a manufacturing environment, and the physical demands may include but are not limited to: lifting (5–35 lbs.), regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility. The Process Operator is also regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employees daily to support a team-oriented atmosphere.

The estimated pay range for this position is $21–23.00 per hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
