We are actively sourcing People Services Support officers to join our People and Talent Services Team (PATS) within the SVHA People and Culture Team. Reporting to the People Services Lead in your team, you will provide administrative support through the full employee life-cycle including onboarding, employment contract generation, changes to employment contracts and maintaining employee profiles in the HR system.
Full Time Permanent positions available based in Melbourne VIC. Salary range for this role is $70,000 plus superannuation and other benefits.
Key responsibilities of the role
Provide correct and consistent advice and support to St Vincent’s employees
Work flexibly within your team to aid and coach peers/colleagues wherever needed
Assist St Vincent’s in the full employee life-cycle with administrative support
Systems maintenance and reporting
Participate in and assist with implementing St Vincent’s and People Services initiatives
Provide an outstanding and add-value service to our stakeholders
A bit about you
Exceptional organisational skills to assist in managing multiple tasks while continuing to deliver outstanding customer service
Demonstrated office administration and customer service experience and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Keen attention to detail to ensure data is correct, accurate and relevant and maintaining employee databases to ensure details are current and up to date
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
