Job Description Summary

As Senior Project Manager you will oversee critical projects and initiatives, managing the most complex and significant programs to be developed in the coming years.

You will play a critical role in the  IT transformation across Euronext Securities, executing a multi-year strategic plan across different geographies and cultures. Daily interactions with Senior Leaders and Executive Leadership will be essential, providing guidance on project delivery and overcoming obstacles, thereby significantly impacting Euronext Securities strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

• Experience in the delivery life-cycle in a high challenge, complex, multi-project environment

• Lead the communication and engagement with programme sponsors, stakeholders and business programme managers

• Excellent written skills adequate for documenting complex assumptions, risks and commitments clearly and unambiguously

• Prepare and drive critical meetings (programme management, steering's, escalation meetings) focusing on IT-related topics

• Anticipate issues, blockers, constraints in the critical path working with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in delivering projects in a high-challenge, complex, multi-project environment

• Excellent written skills for clear and unambiguous documentation of complex assumptions, risks, and commitments

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on client-facing projects

• Excellent communication skills

• Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management

• Relevant experience leading programmes on an international scale, with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones

• Experience in multicultural environments on an international scale

• Adapt to environments with changing priorities

• Certification in Agile or Waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
