テクニカルアシスタントチームはDAZNのコンテンツ制作フローをサポートし、世界クラスの番組制作をサポートする専門チームです。テクニカルアシスタント(TA)チームのシニアとして、チームを積極的にサポートし日々のオペレーションとタスクの実作業や整理する役割を担います。主な業務として、ポストプロダクションの日々の業務、撮影機材の管理、ライブ番組のサポート、ワークフローの改善、問題が起きたときに素早く解決をしたり、プロジェクトに積極的に関わったり、チームトレーニングを率先して取り組むことなどが含まれます。 
 
シニアTAとして、日々の業務における効率的なワークフローの提案、機材管理におけるエンジニアやプロダクションチーム等
との協力強化、日本の放送局と当社の違いを理解し調和を図ることが求められます。また、ラインマネージャーと共にプロジェクトに積極的に関与し、知識と経験に基づいてさまざまなリソースを使用してワークフローを構築し、他のチームと協力し、
アドバイスやアイデアを提供しサポートします。 
テクニカルアシスタントの業務は、編集機材のサポートや管理及びメンテナンス、フォーマット編集や納品された番組やコマーシャルの品質管理および変換や納品などのポストプロダクションタスク、コンテンツ収録の管理を担当します。 
 
TAは、ポストプロダクションのファーストラインサポートや管理、納品されたコマーシャルのフォーマット編集および品質管理、変換や映像ファイル納品などのポストプロダクションタスクの処理、各サプライヤーより送られてくるコンテンツ収録管理などを担当します。 
さらに、撮影機材の管理とメンテナンス、スタジオ収録のサポート、バーチャルギャラリーのオペレーション、ハイライト編集などのライブタスクをサポートします。この役割は、ビジネスニーズに応じて進化するマルチスキルや応用力が求められます。  


We are a team dedicated to supporting DAZN content production flow and producing world-class programming. As a senior member of the team, you will actively support the team of technical assistants, keeping track of and organizing day-to-day operations and tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include post-production work, managing filming equipment, supporting live programming, taking leadership in testing, problem solving and new project workflows, and leading team training. 
 
As a Senior TA, you will be required to understand the situation and take responsibility in cooperation with your teammates regarding each task required. 
You will also be expected to make suggestions to improve workflow and other efficiencies in daily operations, strengthen cooperation with engineers in equipment management, and understand the differences between Japanese broadcasters and our company in order to achieve harmony. 
You will also be actively involved in projects together with your line manager, building workflows using various resources based on your knowledge and experience, collaborating with other teams, and providing support by offering advice and ideas.  
 
Technical Assistants are responsible for first-line support and management of editing equipment, format editing and quality control of delivered commercials, handling various post-production tasks such as conversions and deliveries, and managing content recording bookings. 
 
Additionally, you will support production live tasks such as managing and maintaining filming equipment, supporting studio shows, virtual gallery operations, and highlight editing. This is a multi-skilled role that evolves to meet business needs.
