Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Identifies, develops and implements short-term and long-term business strategies related to the development of new products, technologies, services, ready products and/or industries.
  • Identifies markets, licenses opportunities and determines the feasibility of business and product development.
  • Performs economic analysis on new or improved product opportunities.
  • Develops business models and determines market trends to justify long-term prospects.
  • Coordinates with internal departments in identifying and executing business development projects.
  • May work with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs. Develops and disseminates information on an ongoing basis to all relevant parties on the achievement of project objectives and goals.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in project development in hospital/healthcare environments, management & staff development
  • Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience in the use of tools such as advanced Excel, Power Point & Power BI
