Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also oversee the development process, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing innovative solutions will be key aspects of your role, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Mandatory Note: This role requires working in B Shift (Second Shift).
