Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SaaS Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive reporting solutions that provide valuable insights into our recurring revenue streams and maintain industry standard subscription metrics such as ARR, NARR, and Churn. In this role you will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Strategy to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable data that drives strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead content preparation and presentation for enterprise monthly and quarterly business review processes.
Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting solutions using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Create and automate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and subscription metrics.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting while providing recommendations to the business on ways to improve.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with demonstrated experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
Demonstrated capabilities in preparing content in PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong understanding of preparing analytical content and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base pay for this position is: $118,156.00 - $177,234.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
