We’re currently looking for:
Reporting to the Director (GTM FP&A) the Manager (GTM FP&A) will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth environment for accelerated career development. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team works closely with the CFO and other senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team of high performers who play key roles in helping to facilitate the company’s rapid growth.
Job Duties:
Drive the consolidation & strategic analysis of the GTM budget on a quarterly basis for executives in preparation for Board meetings and earnings
Update and refine SaaS metrics and unit economics including time to payback, LTV/CAC and NRR etc.
Drive capital allocation decisions across go-to-market during Annual Operating Planning cycle
Partner with executives across Sales and Marketing on budgeting, ROI analyses and growth/profitability tradeoffs
Desired Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree with 4 to 5 years+ of business analysis experience. Finance, Economics or similar academic background preferred.
Advanced financial modeling skills utilizing MS Excel.
Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with focus on delivering actionable insights from large data sets
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter who adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
Great attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Experience with financial systems such as Tableau, Anaplan or NetSuite required.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $88,550 to $126,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
