Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Sierra Vista Arizona or Clearfield Utah Location.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Global Autonomous and Tactical Solutions (GATS) operating unit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contacts vendors and transportation companies, to ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates. Determines when deliveries may be delayed; coordinates with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and other users to expedite material requirements; maintains records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments, returns of damaged items, and related matters. Exclude buyers and internal expeditors.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2025.

• Be majoring in or having majored in a Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting or a Business Management Major
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2025.

• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Experience utilizing Microsoft office Products, including Excel

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher

The pay ranges for this specific opportunity are as follows:

• Undergraduate degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master’s program): $19.50 - $23.75
• Masters degrees: $28.50 - $30.00
