As a Finance Business Partner – Revenue Management, you will play a key role within the Commercial Finance team. Your main mission will be to monitor and analyze the performance indicators of the commercial sector, coordinate financial forecasting processes (One LE, Budget, Strategic Plans), and collaborate closely with the sales teams to optimize financial levers impacting their sector.

• Salary range 005: 82 600$ to 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role  :

• Coordinate the budgeting process for the commercial segment.

• Oversee financial forecasts (One LE) and analyze variances.

• Identify trends and support the commercial teams in developing their sales forecasts.

• Ensure accuracy of financial data in information systems.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of a modeling tool for forecasts and strategic plans.

• Coordinate forecast and assumption updates in collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Participate in the definition and monitoring of relevant performance indicators for product categories and sales.

• Prepare and present performance analyses to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain tools facilitating access to KPIs and ensure their compliance.

• Propose solutions to optimize financial processes and improve organizational profitability.

What you need to join our team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or any other relevant field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.

• Ability to make strategic recommendations.

• Leadership, organizational skills, and strong collaboration abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with a positive, solution- and results-oriented attitude.

Required Tools and Languages:

• SAP: Strong proficiency.

• Excel: Excellent knowledge (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Power Query is an asset.

• Bilingualism (French and English): Ability to effectively communicate with partners and clients outside of Quebec.
