The unplanned store closure and retail operations support team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues by working cross-functionally to analyze the outputs of our current temporary store closure reporting tools, create insights and reporting to highlight risk, and create awareness across senior leaders to facilitate quick action and minimize business disruption.
Keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do, the retail store businesss continuity team will support heightened visibility and allow execution of more immediate actions to minimize business and customer disruption by providing data driven insights. The purpose of this team is to support field and store follow up and action to address temporary closures, evolving processes as needed to streamline operations and deliver optimal outcomes.
This position will collaborate across various stakeholder groups including but not limited to; store operations, real estate, communications, change management, and IT partners to ensure our store and field leaders have a clear and actionable strategy to minimize business disruption and customer impact due to temporary store closures, including creation of and general oversight of temporary store closure tactics and playbooks, with the responsibility of making recommendations for updates/revisions of the playbooks and store processes as needed. This manager will need to work independently to manage and execute the strategy, juggling multiple partners to ensure timely execution, follow up, and escalation if needed. The manager will need to independently identify partnerships needed as store closure escalations arise and be able to action quickly engage the right stakeholders in creating a solution. The manager will liaison the field communications and soliciting feedback from field leaders at all levels, managing multiple cross-functional partnerships that impact operations across all retail stores. Where needed, the manager will also lean in to support the adaptation of store checklists and tools to simplify and streamline store execution.
Under the direction of the Retail Store Business Continuity Sr. Manager, this colleague will work independently to manage and execute the strategy, partnering cross-functionally to devise and deploy key initiatives aimed to intercept, predict, and minimize business disruptions due to unplanned temporary store closures that impact store and field colleagues across our 9,000+ retail locations.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
