You are a Business Analyst and will play a critical role in driving our organization's financial and operational success. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement. In your role you will assist with identifying the financial and operational levers for improving key processes and assist the General Manager with making business improvement recommendations to leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data to uncover insights and trends
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the dispatch team and organization is meeting its goals
  • Identify potential risks / process gaps and recommend solutions to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Ensure documents are controlled, updated, and communicated to all applicable team members
  • Work closely with the General Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Support with accuracy of all expense coding involving the company credit card, ImageNow, and Amazon

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, financial analysis and accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance would be preferred
  • Minimum of two years of relevant business improvement, business analysis, and financial analysis experience

Work Conditions:

  • This has the flexibility of being a remote position
  • This position will require 25% travel
