Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design innovative business solutions and structures to meet customer requirements. - Lead current state assessments to identify opportunities for creating business value. - Develop business cases to achieve the vision. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Pune office. - No specific education requirements.
