Responsible for the customer demand forecasting and analysis at your assigned Micron accounts primarily in the 0–12-month horizon. Develop relationships directly with our customers and the field sales team to provide a deep understanding of requirements and trends that will help to optimize manufacturing capacity, supply, and our revenue plans. Ability to transform data into insights about the customer, and use those insights to improve our strategy. Build rapport with our customers and sales team while providing an outstanding customer experience. Meet key deliverables and measure against established metrics to improve account’s effectiveness. Collaborate with cross functional and cross regional teams to proactively highlight trends, opportunities and concerns at the macro level related to Micron’s business segments and provide recommendations and solutions. Identify and drive efficiency efforts as well as process improvements and optimization. Be part of a dynamic and vital team and have a tangible impact on Micron results. Regularly align with customer and Sales teams to understand and convey requirements including quantity, timing, and use models or applications. Understand customer transitions to ensure demand alignment on new product introductions and product discontinuance. Analyze orders, ship history, forecasts, and customer feedback to quickly identify and validate changes at the customer level; provide necessary updates and assess if part of a larger trend. Collaborate with Sales BU to identify and address inventory and revenue risks and opportunities while balancing account long term agreements as well as account, segment, business unit and ultimately Micron’s goals. Ensure system data consistently and accurately reflects account direction in alignment with benchmarks and standardized forecasting processes. Work internally with Account Managers, Sales BU and other partners to ensure ongoing activities align with customer expectations from a forecast and Sales Plan perspective. Participate in forecast accuracy evaluations and help determine best next steps to improve the forecast with customers and within Micron; share takeaways across team. Provide information to management as needed regarding past periods, future forecasts and associated key drivers. Highlight and help drive opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation. May telecommute from home part-time

Employer will accept a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
