On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:

  • Co-Manage North America digital media campaigns across retail media networks, owning the campaigns from creation through ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPI’s 
  • Effectively and efficiently manage media budgets across brands with careful consideration
  • Using real time data—analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for our brands via e-retail search and retailer owned & operated display
  • Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners
  • Be a platform expert on retail media trading platform – understand and share new or scalable capabilities, utilize existing tools to drive retail media KPIs
  • Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking

 

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced at data management and analytics with experience using various tools and applications to access, organize, manipulate, and mine data as well as display and communicate insights. You can operate with executional excellence and agility. You’re a fast learner, can work collaboratively across functions, and have a passion for positively impacting our consumer’s lives.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • A BS or MS/MBA in a Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems related field
  • Experience with digital media buying platforms
  • Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to travel to the Downtown General Office

Preferred:

  • Experience working across multiple RMNs, DSPs
  • Experience working/analyzing media campaign conversion
  • Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Familiarity media KPIs and metrics
