WORKING HOURS
35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role is for a permanent position in the Commercial Litigation, Financial Services and Investigations team. This role currently covers two Partners, two Senior Associates, two Associates and a LPM, however, this fee earner allocation is subject to change. This role is suited to someone looking to gain broader experience working with Partners who have significant management responsibilities. The Group Manager is seeing out their final term in the role however the second partner is taking on additional responsibilities on top of the existing roles and continuing to meet all existing and ongoing client work and obligations. The role will therefore require someone who has excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise workload effectively, someone who can demonstrate significant experience at this level and with a proven track record of being able to deliver comprehensive and client focused solutions in changing circumstances. The successful candidate should be able to take responsibility for managing the Partners’ diaries, responding to emails on their behalf where appropriate, and be able to anticipate pinch points and proactively think ahead to find solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to provide cover across the team when necessary. The PA team is a small one and the successful candidate will need to work cohesively within this small PA team to provide support across the wider team.
