Position Summary
As an HRIT Report Developer specializing in Learning Management reports, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions that provide insights into training and development operations. You will work closely with HR, L&D and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in report development, preferably within a Learning Management or HR context.
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • 3+ years of experience working with understanding database fundamentals, including data modeling, visualization literacy: understanding when to use proper chart types to effectively convey a message.
  • 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. is required.
  • 3+ years of experience with industry report writers such as Power BI, Tableau or Quickbase reporting solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Saba Analytics.
  • Experience with Learning and Development reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and regulations.
  • Experience with LMS reporting and understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
