What Part Will You Play?
Provide prompt authorization service on a 24 hours per day, 7 days a week basis
Responsible for registration of authorization referral records and related fee collection activities
To liaise with cardholder, merchant, and issuing banks to facilitate authorization process
Handle merchants' requirements for settlement/payment reports and supplies
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Fresh graduates will be considered
At least one year relevant experience in authorization or customer service
What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
Card product knowledge
Pleasant phone manner, willing to work on shift duty
Able to speak and write in English
